房产证过户原证如何处理

法律分析:
房产证过户原证收回作废。房屋作为不动产，其所有权以房地产登记机关登记簿的记载为准。房产证办理产权登记完成过户后，不动产登记机构核发新房产证，原房产证应予收回作废。
法律依据:《《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》》第二十三条
因不动产权利灭失等情形，不动产登记机构需要收回不动产权属证书或者不动产登记证明的，应当在不动产登记簿上将收回不动产权属证书或者不动产登记证明的事项予以注明；确实无法收回的，应当在不动产登记机构门户网站或者当地公开发行的报刊上公告作废。
