释义	不可以，根据劳动合同法的规定，劳动者想要申请辞职，首先可以和用人单位协商一致，获得用人单位的许可，则可以就此辞职。但是如果没有和用人单位协商一致，则只能提前三十天以书面形式向用人单位提离职，否则由此给用人单位带来的损失，由员工承担。《劳动合同法》第九十条　劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
