法律分析:
我国对于商检失职罪既遂的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；致使当事人或者其他人的利益遭受特别重大损失的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第四百一十二条 国家商检部门、商检机构的工作人员徇私舞弊，伪造检验结果的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;造成严重后果的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
