释义	法律分析: 1、抗税罪表现为违反税收法规的行为。如没有纳税义务的个人用暴力阻碍税务人员征税，虽然客观上使他人得以拒不缴纳税款，但其行为违反的不是税收法规，不能以抗税罪沦处。2、抗税罪表现为以暴力、威胁方法拒不缴纳税款的行为。这是抗税罪与偷税罪的根本区别。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百零二条以暴力、威胁方法拒不缴纳税款的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处拒缴税款一倍以上五倍以下罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处拒缴税款一倍以上五倍以下罚金。
