享有。胎儿继承份额的保留，是指在分割遗产时，如果有胎儿(该胎儿出生后应属于被继承人的法定继承人范围)的，应当为胎儿保留继承份额。由于胎儿尚不具有民事权利主体资格(注：在我国，公民的民事权利主体资格始于出生，终于死亡)，故胎儿并不具有继承权，但为了保护胎儿的利益，各国都强调在分割遗产时应考虑对胎儿进行特殊保护。如我国《继承法》第28条规定：“遗产分割时，应当保留胎儿的继承份额。”需要指出的是，该份额原则上应按法定继承的遗产分配原则确定，如果是多胞胎的，则应按胎儿的数量保留继承份额。
