释义	法律分析：涉外婚姻向法院起诉离婚的方式如下： 1、国内结婚并定居国外的华侨，应当提供定居国法院以婚姻缔结管辖为由不予受理的证据，并向婚姻缔结地或者一方在国内的最后居住地法院提起诉讼； 2、中国公民一方居住国外，一方居住国内，提出离婚的，应当向国内一方住所地法院提起诉讼； 3、涉外婚姻向法院起诉离婚的其他方式。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用的解释》第五百三十条规定，涉外民事诉讼中，经调解双方达成协议，应当制发调解书。当事人要求发给判决书的，可以依协议的内容制作判决书送达当事人。
