夫妻间的共同财产包括哪些?如何分割? |

夫妻在婚姻关系存续期间所得的下列财产，为夫妻的共同财产，归夫妻共同所有：
(一)工资、奖金、劳务报酬；
(二)生产、经营、投资的收益；
(三)知识产权的收益；
(四)继承或者受赠的财产，但是民法典第一千零六十三条第三项规定的除外；
(五)其他应当归共同所有的财产。
夫妻对共同财产，有平等的处理权。
而且还有知识点就是夫妻一方隐藏、转移、变卖、毁损、挥霍夫妻共同财产，或者伪造夫妻共同债务企图侵占另一方财产的，在离婚分割夫妻共同财产时，对该方可以少分或者不分。
离婚后，另一方发现有上述行为的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求再次分割夫妻共同财产。
离婚后分割财产的原则：
(一)男女平等的原则。
配偶在婚姻关系存续期间取得的财产，一般属于夫妻共有财产，夫妻在共同财产上享有同等的权利，依照民法的规定。
当法庭处理夫妻共同财产时，夫妻双方具有同等的法律地位。
(二)照顾子女的原则和女方的利益。
当夫妻共同财产分割时，不能侵犯子女和女方的合法权益，并应根据财产情况、女方对家庭的付出、子女的实际需求等给予必要的照顾。
(三)照顾无过错方利益的原则。
若一方有重婚、与他人同居、实施家庭暴力、虐待遗弃家庭成员等重大过失，违反了夫妻间互相扶养的义务，自然要照顾无过错方的利益。
夫妻间的共同财产包括哪些？如何分割？其实离婚是不可怕的，但是可怕的时候自己一个坚持一个人的婚姻是没有意义，而且离婚后共同财产肯定是会进行分割，但是前提是必须是两人的共同财产。
