释义	生产不符合保障人身、财产安全的国家标准、行业标准的电器、压力容器、易燃易爆产品或者其他不符合保障人身、财产安全的国家标准、行业标准的产品，或者销售明知是以上不符合保障人身、财产安全的国家标准、行业标准的产品，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：(一)造成人员重伤或者死亡的；(二)造成直接经济损失十万元以上的；(三)其他造成严重后果的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定(一)》第二十二条
