天津燃放烟花爆竹处罚规定是什么呢 |

法律分析：在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点和区域燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安机关责令停止燃放，处100元以上500元以下罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚。国家工作人员违反规定燃放烟花爆竹的，除接受行政处罚外，根据情节轻重，由其所在单位给予批评教育，直至给予处分。烟花爆竹是指以烟火药为主要原料制成，引燃后通过燃烧或爆炸，产生光、声、色、型、烟雾等效果，用于观赏，具有易燃易爆危险的物品。烟花爆竹对环境的危害主要是大气污染和噪音污染。由于烟花爆竹其中的火药成分，燃放者在燃放时如果不按照有关规定进行燃放或者燃放违规产品，就会有可能导致安全事故的发生。
法律依据：《天津市烟花爆竹安全管理办法》
1.在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点和区域燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安机关责令停止燃放，处100元以上500元以下罚款;构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚。
5.国家工作人员违反规定燃放烟花爆竹的，除接受行政处罚外，根据情节轻重，由其所在单位给予批评教育，直至给予处分。
