释义	根据法律规定，被吊销《餐饮服务许可证》的，其直接负责的主管人员自处罚决定作出之日起5年内不得从事餐饮服务管理工作。餐饮服务提供者违反《食品安全法》规定，聘用不得从事餐饮服务管理工作的人员从事管理工作的，由原发证部门吊销许可证。法律依据《餐饮服务许可管理办法》第三十七条
