释义	法律分析：从事食品生产经营，公共场所服务，化妆品、一次性医疗卫生用品等专业生产，有毒、有害、放射性作业，幼托机构保育这五大行业的相关人员必须拥有健康证。法律依据：《公共场所卫生管理条例》第八条除公园、体育场（馆）、公共交通工具外的公共场所，经营单位应当及时向卫生行政部门申请办理“卫生许可证”。“卫生许可证”两年复核一次。第九条公共场所因不符合卫生标准和要求造成危害健康事故的，经营单位应妥善处理，并及时报告卫生防疫机构。
