入职三天离职不发工资合法吗？

法律分析：
不合法。工资是用人单位依照法律法规的规定和劳动合同的约定，以各种形式支付给劳动者的工资报酬。根据劳动部《工资支付暂行规定》第九条和各地规定，劳动合同依法解除或者终止时，用人单位应当在解除合同时一次性结清工资，工资应当支付到离职之日止，一般应在3日内结清工资。用人单位不依法结清工资的，申请劳动争议仲裁。
