释义	法律分析：不能，坐牢的罪犯，进监狱不能带手机。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第十八条罪犯收监，应当严格检查其人身和所携带的物品。非生活必需品，由监狱代为保管或者征得罪犯同意退回其家属，违禁品予以没收。女犯由女性人民警察检查。第四十七条罪犯在服刑期间可以与他人通信，但是来往信件应当经过监狱检查。监狱发现有碍罪犯改造内容的信件，可以扣留。罪犯写给监狱的上级机关和司法机关的信件，不受检查。第四十九条罪犯收受物品和钱款，应当经监狱批准、检查。
