释义	法律分析：第二类精神药品处方一般不得超过 7 日用量；对于精神病、癫痫、严重失眠患者等特殊情况经主诊医生确认，处方用量可适当延长。法律依据：《中华人民共和国药品管理法》第七十三条依法经过资格认定的药师或者其他药学技术人员调配处方，应当进行核对，对处方所列药品不得擅自更改或者代用。对有配伍禁忌或者超剂量的处方，应当拒绝调配；必要时，经处方医师更正或者重新签字，方可调配。
