释义	法律分析：出借营业执照供他人使用是违法行为。营业执照不得借用、出租。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第四十二条使用他人营业执照的违法经营者提供商品或者服务，损害消费者合法权益的，消费者可以向其要求赔偿，也可以向营业执照的持有人要求赔偿。此外，伪造、涂改、出租、出借、转让营业执照的，由登记机关处3万元以上罚款；公司企业处1万元以上10万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
