释义	法律分析：全部无效合同，全部无效合同是指合同的全部内容自始不产生法律约束力；订立合同主体不合格；订立合同内容不合法；意思表示不真实的合，即意思表示有瑕疵。部分无效合同，部分无效合同是指合同的部分内容不具有法律约束力，合同的其余部分内容仍然有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
