释义	原来的法律规定，父母离异的子女更名，需要父母双方同意才能办理。现在规定只需要监护人一方同意即可更名，无须离异的父母双方均同意。成年人更名，需要本人到户籍登记机关办理。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零一十二条自然人享有姓名权，有权依法决定、使用、变更或者许可他人使用自己的姓名，但是不得违背公序良俗。《民法典》第一千零一十三条法人、非法人组织享有名称权，有权依法决定、使用、变更、转让或者许可他人使用自己的名称。
