释义	不可以，某些类型的赠与，经过公证或是赠与具有公益性目的，且公开进行了宣传报道，在社会上已经产生了一定影响，若允许其任意撤销赠与，则其作出赠与的行为就明显带有博人眼球、欺骗公众的色彩，因此我国民法典对于赠与人任意撤销权的行使作出了相应限制，经过公证的赠与合同和依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德性质的赠与合同不得随意撤销。
