释义	法律分析：对外赠送礼物必须贯彻节约、从简的原则。礼物应当以具有民族特色的纪念品、传统手工艺品和实用物品为主。法律依据：《国务院关于在对外公务活动中赠送和接受礼品的规定》第七条在对外公务活动中接受的礼物，应当妥协处理。价值按我国市价折合币200元以上的，自接受之日起（在国外接受礼物的，自回国之日起）一个月内填写礼品申报单并将应上缴的礼品上缴礼品管理部门或者受礼人所在单位；不满200元的，归受礼人本人或者受礼人所在单位。
