放假可以算工期吗？

法律分析：
根据法律的规定，法定节假日是带薪休假的，是有工资的。劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。法定节假日没上班时应当依法支付工资的。看是法定节日还是法定假日，法定节日上班是支付三倍工资，假日上班是支付两倍工资。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国环境噪音污染防治法》 第四十五条 法定休息日、节假日全天及工作日十二时至十四时、十八时至次日八时，禁止在已竣工交付使用的住宅楼内进行产生噪声的装修等扰民作业。
