释义	法律分析：民法中将“当事人之间关于债务人届期不履行债务时，债权人（抵押权人）有权直接取得抵押财产所有权的约定”称为“流押条款”。又称“流抵押合同”、“流抵合同”、“期前抵押物抵偿约款”。指在设定抵押权当时，或债权清偿期届满前，约定债权届清偿期而未受清偿时，抵押物的所有权即归抵押权人所有的现象。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零一条抵押权人在债务履行期限届满前，与抵押人约定债务人不履行到期债务时抵押财产归债权人所有的，只能依法就抵押财产优先受偿。
