妨害作证罪的量刑标准
释义
妨害作证罪的量刑标准是，行为人犯罪情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。该罪有两个不同档次的量刑幅度，主要根据情节的轻重来确定具体的量刑。
【法律依据】
《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零七条
以暴力、威胁、贿买等方法阻止证人作证或者指使他人作伪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
帮助当事人毁灭、伪造证据，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
司法工作人员犯前两款罪的，从重处罚。
