释义	法律分析：会的，机动车驾驶员不准穿拖鞋驾驶车辆。一旦发生事故，如果有一方司机穿拖鞋，即使在整个事故中该司机没有责任，事故责任由另一方承担，该司机也要接受交警对其穿拖鞋开车的处罚。如果根据事故情况，双方都要承担责任的，那么穿拖鞋的司机除要承担事故责任外，还要接受处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
