释义	法律分析：法人是社会组织，法人的意思表示必须依法由法人组织机构来完成，每一个法人都应该有自己的组织机构，如股份有限公司法人的组织机构依法应由三部分组成：权力机构——股东大会；执行机构——董事会；监督机构——监事会。三部机构有机的构成公司法人的组织机构，代表公司进行相应的活动。如果没有组织机构，就不能够成为法人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十七条法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。
