释义	法律分析：资本金是指企业的注册资本,是由投资者直接投入企业的。股本跟资本金的意思差不多,股份质企业称股本。公积金是企业从利润中提取的留在收益。资本的概念就比较宽泛了,通常投资者投入的都叫资本,除了实收资本还有资本公积。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十二条公司的经营范围由公司章程规定，并依法登记。公司可以修改公司章程，改变经营范围，但是应当办理变更登记。公司的经营范围中属于法律、行政法规规定须经批准的项目，应当依法经过批准。
