释义	法律主观：信访办结是指办理的进程已经结束，是一个时间概念，可以是没有发现问题而了结，也可以是发现问题作出结论并予以处理。根据《信访条例》第三十三条，信访事项应当自受理之日起60日内办结。情况复杂的，经本行政机关负责人批准，可以适当延长办理期限，但延长期限不得超过30日，并告知信访人延期理由。法律、行政法规另有规定的，从其规定。
