释义	所谓的装修押金就是物业公司为了缓解自己的资金压力，向业主的乱收费。关于装修押金的收取数额、返还时间，业主与物业签订的装修管理服务协议中应有明确文字规定。装修押金是一般在业主装修完毕经物业公司检验合格后返还给业主。以没有装修好不给退押金的理由，业主可以意凭协议依法到有关部门提起诉讼，维护自己的合法权益。法律依据：《住宅物业服务收费管理实施办法》第七条在业主装修完毕后，经物业管理企业检查验收合格，装修保证金应自检查合格之日起90日内退还业主。
