监管谈话是什么意思
释义
不算是处罚。监管谈话一般是指有权监管部门对被监管对象的违规或者涉嫌违规行为进行规劝或者批评的行为。一般在证券金融行业监管部门对金融证券业的监管时常用。或者是纪检监察机关违规或者涉嫌违规行为监管对象进行的约谈。

《中国共产党纪律检查机关监督执纪工作规则》第二十八条：谈话应当由纪检监察机关相关负责人或者承办部门负责人进行，可以由被谈话人所在党委（党组）、纪委监委（纪检监察组、纪检监察工委）有关负责人陪同；经批准也可以委托被谈话人所在党委（党组）主要负责人进行。
