二婚结婚离婚证要收回吗

法律分析：要看情况，一般登记机关都是会收回离婚证书的，但还是要看各地规定。再婚时需要办理登记手续，领取结婚证，同时将离婚证交回发证机关，但有的只会给离婚证上盖章或是离婚时出示，不会收回。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十八条 婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。
