释义	法律分析：不需要。房产证与不动产证,同时有效,具有同等的法律效力。不动产登记机构按照“不变不换”的原则,权利不变动,簿证就不更换,在依法办理变更登记、转移登记等登记时,逐步更换为新的不动产登记簿证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国有土地使用证》第二条本省行政区域内的国有土地使用权(以下简称土地使用权)，依照本办法实行出让、转让、出租、抵押制度。但地下资源、埋藏物和市政公用设施除外。农业、林业、水利系统的国有土地使用权出让用于非农业建设项目的，必须遵守相关的法律、法规。
