释义	员工请事假，周末不算在事假内的。因为事假公司是可以不支付工资的，也就是说请一天假，可以扣一天工资，法定休息日是不包括在事假里的。事假是没有工资的。一年内休事假20天以内，且公司不扣除工资的，不能享受当年年休假。企业中的工人，由于他们的工作性质不同，进行加班加点工作的时候，可以享受加班加点工资的待遇，因此，在一般事假期间，一律不发给工资。
