释义	法律分析：高温补贴是为保证炎夏季节高温条件下经济建设和企业生产经营活动的正常进行，保障企业职工在劳动生产过程中的安全和身体健康，决定适当提高职工夏季清凉饮料费发放标准。工伤停工留薪期可以不支付高温费。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第三十三条职工因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病需要暂停工作接受工伤医疗的，在停工留薪期内，原工资福利待遇不变，由所在单位按月支付”。但高温费是对高温岗位作业员工的劳动保护措施，不属于工资和福利，工伤职工停工留薪期，用人单位可以不支付高温费。
