释义	法律分析：农村股份合作社的股权是能继承的。继承人依照《中华人民共和国继承法》的有关规定确定，或者是由农村股权的持股人遗嘱确定，继承人确定后就可以依照《继承法》的有关规定继承农村产权。如果没有继承人，所持有股权由村集体经济组织收回，予以注销并纳入集体股份额内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十五条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格;但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
