释义	合同制教师不可以随时辞职，根据我国法律规定，对于签订了劳动合同的劳动者，在辞职时必须提前三十天通知用人单位，并对工作情况进行交接后才可以离职，否则造成损失的，应当追究相关法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前30天书面提出辞职，不需要用人单位批准第31天就可以离职。其中，试用期提前3天书面提出；用人单位有义务结清工资并办理离职手续；
