释义	汇款人因汇票逾期、遗失或其他方面的原因，要求银行退还其所签汇票的票款。汇款人因银行汇票超过付款期或其他原因要求退款时，可持银行汇票和解讫通知书到签发银行办理。银行汇票的申请人要求退款时，应将汇票和汇票解讫通知一起交到出票银行，并提供单位证明或个人身份证件。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第五十七条
