释义	法律分析：不违法，香烟属于限邮寄物品，如果再异地给朋友寄烟的话，每次邮寄数量不能超过20盒。每人每次只能寄一件，不可以多件邮寄。法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》第二条邮寄卷烟、雪茄烟每件以二条（400支）为限（二者合寄时亦限二条）。邮寄烟叶、烟丝每件以5公斤为限（二者合寄不得超过10公斤）。第三条用户邮寄烟草及其制品，每人每次限寄一件，不准多件邮寄。邮电部门要加强收寄验视，防止一次多件或多次交寄的做法，并严格邮件封装，确保运递安全。
