释义	法律分析：经营者出售假冒伪劣化妆品的，由所在地工商管理部门对经营者进行处罚，没收违法所得并且可以处违法所得相应的罚款，根据我国相关法律规定，如造成严重后果的，对经营者判处刑法、拘役，生产假冒伪劣化妆品不只是侵犯他人身体健康，而且还会受到法律严厉的处罚，害人害己。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百四十八条生产不符合卫生标准的化妆品，或者销售明知是不符合卫生标准的化妆品，造成严重后果的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处销售金额百分之五十以上二倍以下罚金。
