问题	遗嘱被篡改会失去效力吗
释义	是否失去效力要看是全部篡改，还是部分被篡改，若是遗嘱所有的内容都被篡改了，这时整个遗嘱是无效的，是不会发生效力的，但如果只是篡改了部分的内容，则只有被篡改的部分无效，其他部分继续有效。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百四十三条，无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
