释义	法律分析: 生病了可以退机票，但需提供医疗单位的证明。法律依据: 《中国民用航空旅客、行李国内运输规则》第二十一条 由于承运人或旅客原因，旅客不能在客票有效期内完成部分或全部航程，可以在客票有效期内要求退票。第二十四条 旅客因病要求退票，需提供医疗单位的证明，始发地应退还全部票款，经停地应退还未使用航段的全部票款，均不收取退票费。患病旅客的陪伴人员要求退票，按本条第一款规定办理。
