释义	法律分析：劳动者与用人单位事后签订劳动合同，把合同期限往前移，但签订日期为补签合同的时间，为补签劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十二条第一款用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的工资。第二款用人单位违反本法规定不与劳动者订立的，自应当订立无固定期限劳动合同之日起向劳动者每月支付二倍的工资。
