释义	法律分析：委托合同中，经委托人同意，受托人可以转委托。若因代理人转托不明，而给第三人造成损害，第三人可以直接向被代理人要求赔偿损失，被代理人承担责任后，可以要求代理人赔偿损失，复代理人有过错的，应负连带责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百三十一条委托人经受托人同意，可以在受托人之外委托第三人处理委托事务。因此造成受托人损失的，受托人可以向委托人请求赔偿损失。
