释义	法律分析：合同自由原则是指合同主体在进行合同活动时意志独立、自由和行为自主；即合同主体在从事合同活动时，以自己的真实身份来充分表达自己的意愿，根据自己的意愿来设立、变更和终止民事权利义务关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十一条当事人订立合同，可以采取要约、承诺方式或者其他方式。第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：（一）内容具体确定；（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
