高考结束，有的人因多种原因没有考出自己理想的成绩，与自己理想的大学失之交臂，面对这种情况，大多数学生会选择复读，而今年，全国复读人数再创新高，面对这种情况，教育部部分地方分部出台新政策，禁止公立高中招收高考复读生。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国教育法》 第十五条 国务院教育行政部门主管全国教育工作，统筹规划、协调管理全国的教育事业。县级以上地方各级人民政府教育行政部门主管本行政区域内的教育工作。县级以上各级人民政府其他有关部门在各自的职责范围内，负责有关的教育工作。
