释义	法律分析：企业整合是产业优化和资源重新配置的一种现象或一个过程。企业整合有两个含义：一是行业性的企业兼并或强强联合的企业合并，这种为产业整合；另一种是基于价值链竞争要求，吸纳原属于其它行业或企业的资源和能力，称之为资源整合。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十二条公司合并可以采取吸收合并或者新设合并。一个公司吸收其他公司为吸收合并，被吸收的公司解散。两个以上公司合并设立一个新的公司为新设合并，合并各方解散。
