释义	法律分析：如果您新的工作并没有涉及到您单位的公司秘密，只是一般的开发工作，那么您可以跳槽，走正常的辞工手续，竞业协议不对您产生影响。如果您的工作涉及到您单位的秘密，您跳槽的单位不是您现单位的竞争对手，也不是属于同领域，那么您可以与公司进行协商。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
