释义	法律分析: 著作权穷竭是指著作权人依法所有的著作作品，经过第一次投放到市场后，著作权人人就丧失了对该作品的控制权，任何人均可以不经著作权人的许可而用任何方式销售其作品。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国著作权法》》第十二条在作品上署名的自然人、法人或者非法人组织为作者，且该作品上存在相应权利，但有相反证明的除外。作者等著作权人可以向国家著作权主管部门认定的登记机构办理作品登记。与著作权有关的权利参照适用前两款规定。
