释义	法律分析：与老人共同生活不属于赡养。赡养是指子女或晚辈对父母或长辈在物质和生活上的帮助义务。长期住在一起，但对老人不管不问，同样是没尽赡养义务。子女有义务给父母安排好住的房子，子女没有房子，父母也没有自己的房子，就需要去租房子住，租房的合理费用也是要计算在赡养费里的。子女不履行赡养义务时，无劳动能力的或生活困难的父母，有要求子女付给赡养费的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
