法律分析：
醉驾罚款是不合理的，罚款一万元更加的不合理，醉驾是危险驾驶罪，是一个犯罪行为，对于行为人一般的处罚标准是处有期徒刑五年以下，当然如果情节并不严重的，可以有缓刑的机会，醉驾和罚金是不搭边的，一般经济性的犯罪会有罚金的处罚。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第五十二条 判处罚金,应当根据犯罪情节决定罚金数额。
《关于适用财产刑若干问题的规定》 第二条 人民法院应当根据犯罪情节，如违法所得数额、造成损失的大小等，并结合考虑犯罪分子缴纳罚金的能力，依法判处罚金。
