二手房买卖合同可以约定解约条款。二手房买卖合同成立后,经当事人协商一致,可以解除二手房买卖合同。双方也可以约定一方解除合同的条件。解除合同的条件成就时,解除权人可以解除合同。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百六十五条 标的物为数物,其中一物不符合约定的,买受人可以就该物解除合同,但该物与他物分离使标的物的价值显受损害的,当事人可以就数物解除合同。
