释义	生育津贴是指职工在享受产假期间也能依法取得收入的权利。对于在企业上班，缴纳了生育保险的女性来说，因生育离开工作岗位期间都是可以享受生育津贴的。根据国家规定生育津贴有两种支付标准：1、在实行生育保险社会统筹的地区，按照本企业上年度职工月平均工资的标准支付，期限不少于98天；2、在没有开展生育保险社会统筹的地区，生育津贴由企业或单位支付，标准为女职工生育之前的基本工资和物价补贴，期限一般为98天。
